Average age of those in power

I think the root cause of most, if not all problems in Italy, is the average age of those who runs the country.

How are they supposed to understand, and most importantly, feel the consequences of the decisions they make (so called ‘skin in the game’), if they are 51-56 yo on average?

The results is young people simply live the country.

Despite incentives like The Impatriate Tax Beneficial Regime, many, if not the majority, lives abroad.

No they don’t, a lot run away but not the majority and it’s probably because the majority can’t even speak enlish properly. (just look at you mistaking leave with live)
