Lunchtime in Italy and the risk of death…
It is 2pm and you just walked for 2 hours in 30C heat and desperately need a bottle of water? You may as well go straight to A&E as there is no chance you will find an open shop or a restaurant within the 5km radius.
The owner of the shop you desperately tried googling for is most likely back at home sleeping.

Bc it’s too hot but agreed if you are not from the area you may find yourself outside with all shops closed, not great for visitors

I agree with Restaurants, but most bars and shops are open all day in my area
